Property Legacy

Constructed in the 1950s, this splendid 6-bedroom, 6-bath homestead has evolved from a modest fishing bungalow into a magnificent two-story retreat. In 2015, we took this historical gem down to its frame and lovingly restored it, adding four additional bedrooms—each with private en suite baths. Each bedroom is adorned with a queen-size bed, except for the ‘Bunk House’, which is a playful enclave with bunk beds to comfortably sleep six children. With 6 supplementary roll-away beds, we can accommodate various needs.

For the little ones, we installed a child-friendly pool—uniformly shallow and equipped with a heater and chiller to ensure comfort for every swimmer. It features a side bench for lounging and a splash zone for toddlers.

The Vista abode has been thoughtfully designed for fun-seekers of all ages, with amenities like stand-up paddleboards, beach toys, and outdoor games readily available. Our private dock welcomes additional boats, and fishing enthusiasts can cast their lines right from the pier.

Strategically situated between two major thoroughfares, Vista B&B offers convenient access to local essentials, including shops and healthcare facilities. Our quaint two-mile island boasts over 15 restaurants and bars, including the renowned “Crabby Bills”.

Enjoy the local flavor with attractions such as Splash Harbor’s water slides, cultural hubs like the Beach Art Center, and sports facilities offering everything from tennis to volleyball.
